Hiring Plan - How it works

Hiring Plan Overview

The objective of this feature is to guide the effective development of Hirings (Roster Size and Hirings) for a given scheduling unit. The outcome would be a calculation for what kind of Hiring they will need to schedule for the year as determined by Roster size (how many people do I need) and to Develop an annual Hiring for onboarding by position group. The target user for Hiring Plan would be Nursing Departmental managers/directors. There may also be clinical workforce planners within a Nursing Operations team and members of Talent Acquisition (in the HR department) as users.
