Creating a Ratios and Activities Guide

Once you have logged into Flexwise select plan from the menu to the left and then select staffing guide from the menu at the top.

To create a new staffing guide first select the facility and the unit and then select add staffing guide in the enter of the page.

Select Ratios and Activities by clicking it under "Add Staffing Guide"

Fill in the form by clicking on the arrow buttons. Please note that you will be creating a separate Ratios and Activities Guide for each position group but will be able to add as many patient care activities.

Once you complete the form select save a the bottom of the page.

The Ratios and Activities Guide will now be in draft mode until it is authorized or deleted.

Any Staffing Guide that is created will show up in the list of "all Staffing Guides", indluding drafts.
