Viewing Over/Under

Once you have logged into Flexwise select align from the menu to the left and then select over/under from the menu at the top.

To view over/under click on the week you would like to view and then the shifts. You can select both day and night or day or night. You can even narrow down the shift by clicking on the up or down arrow button. Next you will select facility, resource unit and position group.   You can now view by either period or shift and forecast or capacity. To view the individual clusters within a unit click on the plus button next to that unit. If you select a cluster a slide-out will appear with the key metrics for the day as well as a list of all scheduled and available staff.   If you would like to view the alerts that are on the slide-out click the arrow button to the right and that will take you to the alerts page.
