Over/Under - How it Works

The objective of this feature is to view future schedules and determine if there is enough staff within the resource unit to cover staff gaps. It will look at clusters where one resource unit staffs several clusters within a unit. The feature will enable the user to find the unit(s) with not enough staff to cover needs and start working closely on resolving those needs. The target users will be Nursing Departmental managers/directors. There may also be clinical workforce planners within a Nursing Operations team as users.
