Capacity Risk Forecast

This report is a probability, based on the daily forecast, to exceed bed capacity based on service level.  The service level is the range on how confident the forecast will happen based on historical analysis.  The census is based on your selection of midnight or noon.  Once you select a start date it will give you the probability for the next 28 days.
