Weekly Schedule - Making Changes to Scheduled Staff Video Included


To make changes to the scheduled staff click on the plus button next to scheduled staff and the list will appear.  Click on the 3 dots of the person you would like to view and select the function.  Let’s start with Reschedule.  Click on Reschedule and then fill in the form with the correct information.    You can choose to notify or not.  Click confirm.  That person will be removed from the list of scheduled staff for that particular day and added to the new date that was selected.  This will also be added to the schedule tasks tab to alert those that manage this tab.

To change hours for a scheduled staff click on the 3 dots of the person you would like to change.  Select change hours and fill in the new hours. You can choose to notify or not.  Click confirm.  The new hours will display.  This will also be added to the schedule tasks tab to alert those that manage this tab.

If a scheduled staff calls off click on the 3 dots next to that person and select the call off button.  You can choose to notify or not.  Click confirm and they will be removed from the schedule.  This will also be added to the schedule tasks tab to alert those that manage this tab.  This person will now be added back to the available staff list.


You can also send a message directly to the staff member that you select.  Click on the 3 dots and select message.  Please note that there needs to be either a phone number or email set up in order to send a message.
